Country Code Movies is a cross-media project that was created with the main purpose of exploring new ways of narrating our times through daily-life stories.
The project is based on a constant work of research and hundreds of interviews, made in collaboration with CeSPI (Center of International Political Studies). This work has led to the creation of a conspicuous archive, mainly used by universities and research institutions to deepen the studies and research on immigration topics.
The archive has also been the basis for the writing of several short stories that have become episodes broadcasted on ARTE TV channels throughout Europe.
Each episode takes its name from the telephone code of the countries where the main characters come from.
